Waist support band helps us fix our big spine, improve the strength of the spine and increase the power of exercise. When we do strength exercises or weightlifting exercises, the Waist Band plays a very important role in protecting the body below the waist and ensuring that there is enough exercise.

The effect of actually wearing a waist band is to tighten our abdomen, increase the pressure on the waist, and prevent the body from swinging too much during exercise, causing injury.

Generally, we don't need waist support band when exercising. Normal exercise belongs to light weight-bearing, which is to keep nothing heavier on the body before starting to exercise, so it will not be injured under normal circumstances. But when we carry out weight training, the spine will be under a lot of pressure, so we need to wear a waist support band at this time. It can be seen that we don't need to wear a waist band at any time, especially in normal training, only when the load is relatively large.

We always choose a wider waist band when we choose it, so we always think that the wider the band, the better. In fact, this is not the case. The width of the waist support band is generally controlled within 15 cm. If it is too wide, it is easy to affect the normal activity and movement dimension of our body trunk. Therefore, it is enough to protect the important places when wearing.

5. Tightness of the waist support band
Many people like to tighten the waist band when they wear it, thinking that it can accelerate the exercise effect of the body, thus make it easier to lose weight and exercise the perfect alignment of muscles. However, it is harmful to do so. When we exercise, the body itself is in a state of accelerated combustion, and the amount of breathing is also increased. If the band is tight at this time, it is easy for us to breathe badly, which is not conducive to the long-term exercise.

6. Long term wear
There are many people with waist band when they exercise. Do regular people who exercise for a long time with a band will increase the effect of exercise? The result is just the opposite. Because the waistband tightens the meat of our waist and protects them inside, they can't get exercise, so the waist band must be properly used properly. 
It is not recommended to use a waist support band when the weight is not large. The advantage of the waist support band is that it can help you stabilize the core and create a rigid structure. The disadvantage is that if it helps your core, it won't get exercise. It's better to use leather for heavy weight.
